NAD Travel Assistance Request

Those traveling more than 500 miles round trip to the Claggett Center should use this form to apply for travel assistance. You will need to calculate the number of miles traveled round trip from your congregation, subtract 500 miles and multiply that number by 22.5 cents per mile.
