Description: Tuesday – Genesis 32:22-30 Jacob’s name was about to be changed: Israel, the one who wrestles with God. Jacob indeed acknowledged that God was the source of all his blessings, but then he continued to ask God for his protection in the face of Esau’s forces. Just as Jacob wrestled with God, we are invited to wrestle with him in prayer, persistently holding him to his promises.
