Celebration of Ministry Registration

Registration opens October 9, 2026. During that month keep an eye out for your postcard invitation to arrive by mail.

Early bird registration is only $400 per couple or $200 for single pastors. Early bird registration closes January 22, 2027. After that date, the price of registration is $450 per couple or $250 for single pastors. The final date for registration is February 19, 2027.

If you were a part of the Pastor Partners mentoring program, after you register, your congregation will receive a grant check made out to the congregation in the amount of $1,025 for a single pastor and $1,625 for a couple.

I acknowledge Grow in Grace can provide travel assistance grants to help congregations plan for higher travel costs. If anticipated travel expenses, excluding registration, lodging, and meals, exceed $400 for an individual or $800 for a couple, I or my congregation may request assistance by February 19, 2027, by filling out the form on the retreat homepage or in your confirmation email. Grant amounts will be based on the requests received and available funds. Funds will be mailed after February 19, 2027.
