Description: Reading: 2 Corinthians 4:3-6 Humans in their natural state are lost in the darkness. We are blinded by our sin. Yet the light of Christ penetrates this darkness and shows us the life that is ours. When the gospel is preached, the true light of Christ shines for all to see. This light of the cross is the glory that we see as we trudge through this dreary world. The shining face of Christ is the beacon that guides us through not only Lent, but all the days of our life.
