Scripture Lesson:Romans 8:31-39
Preacher: Zach Steinke
Description: Friday – Romans 8:31-39 Throughout Lent, we see the unbelievable love of God on display. The only way for us to grasp the unbelievable love of God is through faith. In Romans 8, Paul details the amazing love of God manifest in his Son. God sent his Son, Jesus, to conquer Satan in the desert. On Calvary, he conquered sin, death, and the devil forever. God did not spare his Son, but gave him up for us all as the atoning sacrifice for our sins. It is this very Jesus who sits enthroned in heaven, waiting to bring us home. Come death, come angels or demons, come persecution or hardship, worry about our past shortcomings or future failings—there is nothing that can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. In all these things, we are more than conquerors.
