Description: Thursday – Acts 9:1-19a Saul was a powerful persecutor of the Christian church. But the risen Christ is so much more powerful. In his power, he stopped Saul. In his mercy, he spared him and converted his heart. Only Jesus can turn his enemies into his friends. The miracle of the catch of fish in the Gospel for the week was amazing. Infinitely more amazing is the miracle of the conversion of souls —a miracle our living Jesus continues to do through the preaching of the gospel today.
