Those chained to their own desires will not accept sound doctrine, and many false teachers will appease them. But their message is not the truth and cannot set them free. Faithful preachers are to keep their heads in all situations and endure hardship. The faithful pastor longs for the appearing of the Lord and works faithfully for the sake of the truth.
