Caring for All God’s Children: Addressing Abuse in the Christian Home

Instructor: John Schuetze

Description:
Unfortunately, child abuse happens more often than we would like to admit, even in Christian homes. And it can take many forms. It may be physical, emotional, verbal, and even sexual abuse that occurs. That is the bad news. The good news is there are things we can do to limit the amount of abuse in the Christian home and bring healing to those who experienced abuse as a child or teen. This course will consider what God's Word has to say about abuse and how this same Word plays a vital part in not only preventing abuse but also providing help and healing to the hurting.
